Summary
Tai Chi is a form of slow martial arts which has its origins in Qigong. Tai Chi has been described as an ‘internal martial art’ , due to the mental health benefits received from practicing it. The routines are best practiced with relaxed and fluid movements whilst maintaining a calm state of mind. Each movement from one pose to another is known as a form. There are many different poses and forms that Tai Chi can offer, these are best demonstrated by either instructional videos or in a classroom. See below for some examples of these routines.
Tai Chi Routines
Tai Chi Routines are best learned via instructional videos, or in classrooms. However there are some webpages that outline steps as well. An example of one is Wiki How https://www.wikihow.com/Do-Tai-Chi , which outlines the basics of Tai Chi, along with the steps for beginner routines.
